If something goes wrong mid-hand — a disconnection, a bet not registering, or a payout query — our support channels are open and focused on resolving card room issues quickly. Reach us through live chat from the same screen you use to play, or log a ticket from your account dashboard for anything that needs a closer look.

Live Chat Support Open the chat window directly from the Blackjack Card Room lobby. A support agent can check your hand history and session logs without you leaving the table area.
Account Dashboard Tickets For payout disputes or table errors that need a record, raise a ticket from your account dashboard. Our team reviews card room sessions with access to full round data.
Wallet Query Help If your bKash, Nagad or Rocket deposit hasn't reflected at the table cashier, support can trace the transaction reference and confirm clearance status on the spot.
HOW WE RUN IT

Fair Play in Our Blackjack Card Room

Every live blackjack table in our card room streams through certified providers whose dealing procedures are independently monitored. We don't alter the deck order, the shuffle timing, or the RNG behaviour on any table — those are provider-controlled and audited at the studio level. Here's what we keep consistent on our side of the operation.

Certified Live Studios

Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live tables operate from regulated studios with physical card decks. Shuffle frequency and dealing procedures follow each provider's published standards, not our own modifications.

RTP Shown Where Available

We display RTP figures only where the game provider exposes them in the table interface. We don't publish made-up percentages — if it's not shown, the provider hasn't released it for that format.

Round History in Your Account

Every blackjack hand you play is logged in your account history with the table name, stake, outcome and timestamp. You can review any round without contacting support first.

Secure Session Handling

Your table session runs over SSL encryption. If your connection drops mid-hand, the round result is recorded server-side and your account reflects the correct outcome when you reconnect.

jayay9 What Our Blackjack Card Room Offers

What Our Blackjack Card Room Offers

Our Blackjack Card Room carries live tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live, so the dealing is real and the pace is set by an actual dealer on stream. You'll find classic Blackjack alongside Infinite Blackjack — the multi-seat format where you share a hand but make your own decisions on splits, doubles and insurance. Speed Blackjack is also in the room

for rounds that move at a tighter clip. RTP figures are shown directly on each table where the provider exposes them — we don't publish estimates we can't verify. Side bets like Perfect Pairs and 21+3 are available on select tables, and VIP seat limits are higher than the standard floor.

Blackjack Terms Worth Knowing

A quick reference for the terms you'll see at our tables — no jargon left unexplained.

What does 'soft hand' mean in blackjack?

A soft hand contains an Ace counted as 11 without busting. For example, Ace plus 6 is a soft 17. You can hit without risk of immediate bust since the Ace can revert to 1.

What is a side bet in blackjack?

A side bet is a separate wager placed alongside your main hand, like Perfect Pairs or 21+3. It pays on specific card combinations independently of whether you win the main hand.

What does 'double down' mean?

Doubling down means doubling your original bet after seeing your first two cards, then receiving exactly one more card. It's a strong move when your total is 10 or 11 against a weak dealer card.

What is Infinite Blackjack?

Infinite Blackjack is a live format where unlimited players join the same hand simultaneously. Each player makes their own split, double and insurance decisions independently despite sharing the opening two cards.

What does 'insurance' mean at a blackjack table?

Insurance is a side wager offered when the dealer shows an Ace. It pays 2:1 if the dealer has blackjack. Most basic strategy approaches advise against taking it due to the underlying house edge on that bet.

What is Speed Blackjack?

Speed Blackjack is a live variant where all players receive their hit, double and split decisions simultaneously rather than in seat order, making each round significantly faster than standard live blackjack.

Our card room includes classic Blackjack, Infinite Blackjack and Speed Blackjack from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live. VIP tables with higher seat limits are also available within the same lobby section.

Yes. The Blackjack Card Room loads through your mobile browser without a separate download. Live dealer streams adjust to your screen size, and the bet buttons are sized for touch — you won't need a desktop to play comfortably.

Deposit via bKash, Nagad or Rocket from your account wallet page. Send to the number shown, confirm with your PIN, and the funds appear at the table cashier once the transaction clears — no manual steps needed after that.

Access depends on your local law and eligible region. Where it's available, the card room works through your jayay9 account with no additional verification beyond the standard account check already on file.

The round result is saved server-side the moment it resolves. When you reconnect and reload the table, your account balance reflects the correct outcome. Your round history also logs the completed hand so you can verify it.

RTP is displayed in the table information panel where the provider makes it available. Not every variant publishes a figure — if it's not shown in the panel, the provider hasn't released it for that specific format.
